This is ridiculous. I honestly believe that the management committee, the board of directors, all company presidents and VPs MUST go see a otorhinolaryngologist because they have hearing problems. The employees at all levels have been shouting at them for years now why they are leaving. Things like treat us with respect, don't try to fool us by disguising a layoff under a so called lack of performance (PIP), don't treat us like id--ts, we are trying to keep this company existing so please don't reorg all the time to please some manager or president or whoever, please don't lie to us in our faces we can see that you are lying, you've just made billions of dollars in profits please don't keep NSIng us to lower costs (you are making out like bandits already) we are also working our butts off to try to keep the company alive. If you keep treating us like sh-t we will keep leaving. The company is already having huge problems recruiting new employees and we are short on people everywhere. The work is not getting done on time because we don't have the people. Please, understand it.
