Thread regarding ExxonMobil Corp. layoffs

What's the percentage of NI this year?

A followup question: what's the merit increase for NI normally?

TIA

I was outstanding and still only got 1% raise. All the training and my supervisor said 5% NSI across the board.

ExxonMobil employees not currently looking for a new job are NSI. ExxonMobil employees that are looking for new jobs but have yet to find a new job are NI.

5% NSI demanded by DW, in every group, unrelated to any assessment, such that the perfect team of high performers are instructed to put 5% in NSI. Somehow I think Development Planning does not put any of their sponsored/chosen arrogant as-----s on NSI.

By every conceivable measure, DW should be NSI.

Do you mean according the system, or in reality.
Everyone needs significant improvement according to reality.
Getting out of EM is a start to that.

NI or NSI (5%)? NI should be 13-18% including NSI.
