I have not seen the morale so low since the late 2000's. There is no trust with upper management. Do not believe anything coming out of Farley's mouth. So next round I will turn in the paperwork. Time to move on with my life.
I have no idea where the company is going? But tired of the lying. If NA is over headcount, then why in he-l are they sending work south of the border to Mexico and Brazil? This is where I have an issue with senior management. A lot of people this is their lively hood. I hope for their sake they make it to their 30yr or 55 years of age mark.
