Management needs to wake up and realize that we are not interested in long expensive commutes to find an empty office. Actually it’s depressing walking into an empty office and feeling like you have wasted your time and money commuting to the office. We are looking to do our jobs and at the same time have a family life. Quit pushing collaboration down our throats, we communicate just fine through zoom. How about once a month throwing a get together event were we can socialize with our colleagues and peers.
