Agreed, they use meaningless measures. A manager told me that software tracks login location. Task Manager shows three software configuration tracking tools and one capable of monitoring screen/keystrokes.
Remote or on-site, the computer is slower each day. If I'm on calls, have the day, actually paying attention and participating. Will I have a low score on keystrokes? Too little mouse movement, or too much?
It is worse in areas where they check the checker before sending things to audit. Then still fail. What DE&I teaches seems counter to getting work done.
Guess they are organizing struggle sessions with the TMN. It's a draining environment. As soon as I find something else, I'm gone. Something isn't right.
