You have 7 days to sign and 3 days (after you sign) to retract.
You have until November 30 to get the lump sump at this years rate. However I would recommend putting in the paperwork a few weeks before this date.

Google It. Mine simply says you will not take any action against the company and waive any liability the have now or may have in the future. ie Think. Age discrimination class action lawsuits. Gotta sign or no $_
