Only involuntary terminations are occurring at the GSR/LL6/LL5 levels with severance benefits (max 9 months salary / 9 months health care). Benefits require a signed hold harmless agreement.

If you’re over 40, you have 21 days to sign and 7 days to retract by law

You have until November 30 to get the lump sump at this years rate. However I would recommend putting in the paperwork a few weeks before this date.

This is because many jobs will be replaced by contract H1B guys. So you need to sing to be Harmless because clearly it's fraud.

Google It. Mine simply says you will not take any action against the company and waive any liability the have now or may have in the future. ie Think. Age discrimination class action lawsuits. Gotta sign or no $_
