How to know you are being quiet fired

  1. You haven’t seen a salary increase after one to two years.
  2. You don’t receive any meaningful feedback from your manager.
  3. Your manager avoids engaging with you.
  4. You’ve been singled out to answer tough questions at team or company meetings.
  5. Your ideas are disregarded.
  6. You aren’t being challenged or given additional opportunities and projects.
  7. You’re left out of meetings, events and/or social gatherings.

Your manager gives no feedback. When you suspect something is off, you deliberately ask for feedback, and the manager acts like an insensitive robot , replying with "you're doing a good job, keep doing what you're doing." This repeats multiple times, then the manager ranks you low without any warning or prior feedback. Some managers there are abysmal.

No, at xom it is more direct than that. You will be simply put in nsi or ni (if the nsi slot is already full)
