Your supervisor fabricates your low performance to satisfy HR proposed metrics and profiles and delivers it only to satisfy his we---e d!ck manager to score some points.
If you suspect you are being quite fired, show up topless wearing only a thong and you are guaranteed to be NOT ignored by management and HR!
You nailed it. I'm lucky I was moved to another team before I got shafted. All the signs were there.
“Quiet firing” sounds like a butthurt powerless manager trying to flip the script

I don't care, I'm quiet retiring! 😁
Your manager gives no feedback. When you suspect something is off, you deliberately ask for feedback, and the manager acts like an insensitive robot , replying with "you're doing a good job, keep doing what you're doing." This repeats multiple times, then the manager ranks you low without any warning or prior feedback. Some managers there are abysmal.
No, at xom it is more direct than that. You will be simply put in nsi or ni (if the nsi slot is already full)
I stopped skimming when I saw a recommendation to go to HR lmaoooo
Your manager will not give you the right information.
