There’s a lot of truth the OP statement especially in Baton Rouge. Managers and group leads get involved just enough to take credit while others simply muddy water or try to derail it in order to have eads bullets

Creating more work for those of us who are trying to get the job done.
Sounds like you don’t have the right supervisors on your project that get the team the resources they need to do a solid job
