Benefits of EM supervisors and managers

People often under-estimate EM supervisor's or manager's influence on a project.

By taking a active role in the project....
it took twice as long to complete, cost three time more than
it was budgeted for, and was four times likelier to fail spectacularly.

There’s a lot of truth the OP statement especially in Baton Rouge. Managers and group leads get involved just enough to take credit while others simply muddy water or try to derail it in order to have eads bullets

Most Supervisors and Managers understand so little that they constantly request more meetings and “One Pagers” to educate them.

Creating more work for those of us who are trying to get the job done.

Sounds like you don’t have the right supervisors on your project that get the team the resources they need to do a solid job
