Any word on 3/3/3

Hearing some rumors about 3/3/3 offering for EOI? But no real explanation what that means, not a date though.

I've been told by my GM and a psg 29 that it will only be 2 weeks and not the 3 everyone was hoping for, capped at 52 weeks.

There's a rumor of 3 weeks per year but nobody is getting 3 years, maybe a 2 year cap?

It’s the mark of the devil only divided by half. So you only get half the severance you desire and only half the time.

Three weeks of pay per year of service up to a maximum of 3 years pay for the first 3 people to raise their hand.

3/3/3 is a time or task management practice. If related to EOI or the re-org is might be something like: select first 3 critical locations/BU/ETC. Next, select 3 important "insert whatever here", then finally select last 3 minor "blah blah".

Someone might be taking that approach for ideas or ways to handle the process IF it's related to EOI and re-org.
