What are you going to do about it then? Att pays you. They have the upper hand. Like it or not, they don't have to keep you if you don't work where they want you to. It is a hard job market. They can find other people to rto if you won't.

I liked it, 40 years ago when we didn’t have the technology to WFH. Now it seems like we should be improving our ability to use technology to enhance performance for remote teams but alas, guess we couldn’t crack the code on that, so like kindergarten, we’re all back to the office to take attendance and make sure a$$ is in chair. Pathetic!
