Studies show that over 70% of US employers STILL operate on a “hybrid” mode, as most employees prefer a hybrid work arrangement, citing the benefits of flexibility and work-life balance.
RTO is the way to go!
"Not everyone hates RTO. Quit speaking for me and other co-workers."
You are a pathetic troll.
Not everyone hates RTO. Quit speaking for me and other co-workers.
“RTO is here to stay. Get over it or get out!”
Go take a long nap on the train tracks.
RTO is here to stay. Get over it or get out!
“OP, time to put on your big boy pants and commute to work day after day like everyone else. You sound like an entitled Gen-Z baby”
I’m not the OP, but you sound like a b00ty sm00ching corporate toadie.
OP, time to put on your big boy pants and commute to work day after day like everyone else. You sound like an entitled Gen-Z baby that likes to stay close to home in your comfort zone. Get over it and get to work, life is a challenge! Grab the bull by the horns and embrace the challenge and stop whining cuz nobody cares how you'd prefer to work.
“This guy likes to pretend he is a woman wearing office clothes and that he’s attracting male attention….. Dude is weird.”
Transformers….more than meets the eye!
THEY DONT CARE!
Disengaged employees do a lot.
"Employee engagement -- the involvement and enthusiasm employees feel toward their work and workplace -- predicts numerous outcomes across business units within companies, including quality of work, safety, profitability and more."

RTO is good for 2 things. 1) the local economy 2) jib jabbin with the bros
RTO is not good for 1) being productive 2) having time to spend with the fam.
Prime candidates for layoffs
Keep complaining. It's going to make a big difference soon.
Find another job if you are capable
Carry that anger Luke. Let it turn you to the dark side…
What are you going to do about it then? Att pays you. They have the upper hand. Like it or not, they don't have to keep you if you don't work where they want you to. It is a hard job market. They can find other people to rto if you won't.
I recognize this posting style. This guy likes to pretend he is a woman wearing office clothes and that he’s attracting male attention. Now, he is upvoting himself a bunch of times. Dude is weird.
I was against RTO at first but now see the value.
I love RTO x 5. I get to wear my fancy outfits to work, then watch the guys in the office go nuts! Several have asked me for a lunch date, I'm lovin' it.
It's easier to post here and act tough because they can't do anything about it in real life.
I liked it, 40 years ago when we didn’t have the technology to WFH. Now it seems like we should be improving our ability to use technology to enhance performance for remote teams but alas, guess we couldn’t crack the code on that, so like kindergarten, we’re all back to the office to take attendance and make sure a$$ is in chair. Pathetic!
But posting here doesn’t change anything. Why are you not saying to Stankey to his face? Why aren’t you saying in person to other senior leaders? One person commented “fight fight fight”, but posting is far from fighting or doing anything at all.
WFH was good for you not the corporations. WFH people never retire. Think about that
Make it happen, Stankey. Lay off these poor souls who do not want to come to work like the rest of us.
AT&T has too many employees by half.
Fight! Fight! Fight!
If you like RTO then come say it to my face in the lobby at 5PM today, I’ll be the guy in the white shirt and the black jacket waiting. Bet you won’t.
“OP this does not speak for everyone. Lots of us like RTO.”
You ain’t jack$#1t!
"OP this does not speak for everyone. Lots of us like RTO."
Go fu-k yourself you worthless piece of sh-t.
OP this does not speak for everyone. Lots of us like RTO.
OP speaks for everyone, and I mean EVERYONE. No one likes RTO.
Speak for yourself. I like it! You are not speaking for everyone. I am in Atlanta.
I quite like it
Amen. No justice, no peace.
Preach.
