Not sure why we hung on so long after I got let go last May. Mostly because my wife doesn't like change but after 3 months of T getting our bill wrong we finally switched to T-Mobile. We made a change to our plan in the fall and they kept overcharging us $40, spent over an hour on the phone arguing with people only to have them swear it was fixed but surprise surprise, it wasn't. After the last time, I said if this happens one more time, we are gone. And it did and we went that day and switched, and we all got new phones for free. Not sure why we didn't do this years ago. It's only been a month but we've been happy with T-Mobile so far. Especially with customer service. We have had so many bad experiences with T customer service over the years. This company truly blows.
Now if only we could ditch the fiber internet but there is not one around us with the same speeds. I'm always checking though and and will celebrate when I can finally ditch T forever.
