Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

It's getting increasingly difficult and annoying to..

  • Find parking
  • Find an open cubicle that has worming equipment and isn't slathered in some slobs trash and germs
  • Get work done as we all yell over each other on our remote teams call
  • Give a sh-t about productivity

Stop with the water cooler culture lies and let those of us who work better from home do so.

FHY. FRTO.

And to the sycoohant bootlickers who will inevitably come here to defend shart with his co-k thick on their breath: you can kiss my hairy brown a-s.

Don't worry OP, Shart will fire people until occupancy is low again, then you'll be able to find parking and a cube for a while. Until the whole building is shut down anyway.

It doesn't get better, it only gets worse, every day. 3 years of RTO without a single benefit. Not even once. It wastes time and money and is insulting. FHY. Every last one of them.

With the job market being the way it is, look for stuff like this to continue. Corporations really only care about employee satisfaction when they’re trying to hire in a hot job market. This is basically the opposite of that, so they have little incentive to give a sh-t at all.

It's getting annoying that someone keeps bribing me with money to tell me what to do.

Tell me you don't office in downtown Minneapolis without telling me you don't office in downtown Minneapolis. Downtown East buildings are never anywhere near capacity in unassigned neighborhoods despite the cubes rarely present squatters have claimed by parking or hanging personal tchotkes in them.

And I see custodial services wiping down surfaces that haven't been touched since they did so the prior day.

This is the great thing. We have a choie on what companies we want to work for. Companies can change their policies when ever they want. Not sue how many states are not “at wil”employment.

WF still is more lax on WFH and remote then most. I was on Medical WFH forever. I decided after one conversation with HR that i didn’t want to deal with them. I also felt that i would have a much better argument by going into the office a few days a week and then tell them why based on examples it doesn’t work for me. For those that just think it is unproductive. Do it for a while and you will get used to to it. I did find it disruptive for a while now I am finding it has advantages. i arrive at work very early. I am a morning person. No problem parking i am usually able to sit in the same cube, The point is just go with it and you will be happier.

I'm more in need of "de-worming" these day.

I have never found worming equipment in any cube ever. If I did I’d be rich.
