Although I do look forward to the day someone actually does drop names. Sure, it may get deleted with a quickness, but it would quash the guys who keep yelling liar. Though with some of the jetsam posted here daily, it might stay a while...

The reports are all wrong, sending out suspect data. How on earth can you dismiss any employee with inaccurate data? Legg has made an absolute mess of RTO, trying to selectively enforce the RTO policy. Employees should stand up and fight for RTO equality now.

I can verify 7 people in the Legg org who were terminated for noncompliance last week.

This whole RTO process is just not fair.

Our team meeting today basically told us there may not be warnings. The policy was stated, and we are expected to follow it. This isn't grade school where you get warnings before you lose your gold star for the day.

Just got one guy fired with no warning today ( less than 3 hrs average)

Names, or it’s just a cool story, bro.

Probably not too long. And the folks that got let go because of it were fired. No severance, no unemployment and a bad mark on your job record. Best to just do your time and look for something else or resign before you get fired.
