To the id--t that thought they should get 3 warnings before being fired for not coming to the office really? You knew you were suppose to come in. Thumbing your nose at management and thinking nothing would happen is on you.
No one has been terminated for that. It is all bots and manipulators trying to farm engagement and scare you into compliance.

I know someone who never went into the office during 3 Day RTO and when org had a round of layoffs late 2024 she was included.
Severance packages are only provided if you are involuntarily laid off. Involuntarily terminated does not get you severance.
I only stayed in the office 4 to 6 hours but volunteered for an involuntary layoff so I get severance and unemployment after I'm off payroll. Turned out exactly as I hoped!! Keep up the fight!!
