I guess enough people tried to say they had no idea they were supposed to be reporting in office, ADs and Directors have been told to personally remind each of our team members transitioning to new locations.
So if they are to be 5-days, it sounds like "Reminder that you scheduled to be in Dallas (with exact location) 5 days a week starting (date), 8-hours a day." If they aren't there on that Monday, documentation begins. My guess is they will classify it as job abandonment.
If you're 3-days, it sounds like "Reminder that you scheduled to be in Dallas (with exact location) 3 days a week starting (date), 8-hours a day." If they don't report on Monday, they get the same reminder for Tuesday. If they don't show up by Wednesday, they will not be able to fulfill the 3-day requirement, and you get the drift.
So this is for all the ones who need to be hand-held and given all the little strikes on their way out the door.
