That means the foreign workers, of which there are around 40 million in the USA, are going to get SENT HOME.

Will you consider people who migrated here legally on visa and became US citizen?

The nepotism behaviors have nothing to do with the immigration status of the hiring managers, but everything about the people the hiring mangers belong. Do you see Chinese only hiring Chinese? Russians only hiring Russians? Canadians only hiring Canadians?
I figure it further roots from the caste system. People from that culture are just easier to manage and exploit.

managers in a hiring position should be US citizens. visa holders in this position is a huge legal risk for the firm as there is potential conflicts of interest.
Dragging someone's daughter / family is uncalled for and highly insensitive.
While I understand the sentiment behind the post, let's not drag our families into it and have empathy for whoever made daughters softball game comment.
They're obviously venting frustration from personal experiences and I can attest seeing similar behaviors from my own peers.

While you're busy attending your daughter's softball game, leaving early for the long weekend, Friday nights, can't squeeze in a weekend effort to debug an issue, the temp folks are the ones who break their back in the fear of being laid off or contracts terminated.
And these entitled ones are just credit stealers, taking glory shot for something they freaking had no idea what we built / fixed.
