@8c3 They frequently hold training or management information sessions for most company wide HR actions: Pay planning, STI planning, layoffs, VSP etc. For VSP, they want to make sure managers don't say things they are not allowed to say because of labor law or company policy.

if you’re offered one, be sure you have a legally signed copy from HR outlining the entire package
