@8nr been around long enough or in certain staff meetings and the quiet parts are often spoken, and for the training, come on, as we know it's an exercise because most of these managers have been in their roles a long time

@8c3 They frequently hold training or management information sessions for most company wide HR actions: Pay planning, STI planning, layoffs, VSP etc. For VSP, they want to make sure managers don't say things they are not allowed to say because of labor law or company policy.
