We have leaders who don’t prioritize employees or even the company — it’s all about personal image. Our VPGM is a prime example. There’s a serious lack of engagement, and half the time, she sounds like she’s not even fully present. It’s no surprise we’re falling behind as a market when this is the kind of leadership we’re expected to follow.
This isn’t about being bitter — it’s about calling out what’s broken. We need leaders who understand the business, who’ve actually worked the grind, and who lead with common sense and accountability.
