Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

I'm from a rival bank

Was casually browsing the forum and some things stood out for me as being common to my employer and to Wells Fargo...and I bet to other comprable banks too. Clueless leadership interested only in their bonuses while the going is good? Check. Rabid promotion of mepotism and other clueless boot lickers? Check. Ring kissers who get promoted while those that do the actual work get left behind? VCheck. Flat raises and flatter bonuses? Check. Too many managers with too much time on their hands and youj wonder how they don't get found out? Check. Too many similarities to list everything out but I'm sure you guys at Wells Fargo can get when I'm going

Comiserations and sympathies from me. We are all in the same boatd

Well, the OP may have a point. Here's a random post from the Morgan Stanley board about - yeah, nepotism

@d1 OP was claiming what is typical for all banks but neither Citi nor WF are representative.

@cd but comparable. WFC has been one as well, long before CS arrived. Fish don’t know they’re in water….

Citi is probably a bad example of typical. It has been a sh!+sh0w for years.

Sorry troll your post is bs. On an anonymous post you wont say what rival bank you are from. That way nobody can check your "facts". Too funny.
