If so, any insight on how to deal with the mandated 8 hour period the program mandates you can work vs. you being expected to work 12 hours a day?
That’s a challenge but also not receiving any real support or guidance from your management if you have a question about almost anything. My manager is aware that the program mandates I can only work 8 hours, but she continues to give and more work, without real clear guidance, and when I ask for clarity she can never take 5 minutes to explain what she’s asking for.
I’m already at the 1 year of service in my role and was thinking of applying for another role because she makes my job more difficult.
