Leaders are overwhelmed and not sharing updates about a “big announcement” coming this month. There is no structure or strategic plans in place. People keep getting moved around. No hiring outside the dept. Development plans are being forced on employees. WTF

New comp plan for all agents 1/2 renewal compensation
If you in ET could ever have a stable system that doesn’t go down all the time, we wouldnt be having this discussion.
I will tell you what is happening, this company is run by a complete buffon in JF and two useless re--rd-d former SF Agents. They are making decision about ET! They have trimmed down things some much and turned every area into such a disaster, that they are going start outsourcing everything. They have to find some way to beat MT $24 an $22 million dollar bonuses. All they need to do is play with the numbers for a couple of years and they can show on paper expense reduction and blow the top of their SMIP. F-ck everyone else.... Outsouring, Outsourcing, Outsourcing......did I say outsourcing? Tighten up your pa-ties ladies! Go Progressive!
