This site used to have good information related to coming layoffs. Now all it seems to have is people complaining about upper management and/RTO. Sadly, the site is becoming more irrelevant as time passes.
So I will try one more time. Does anyone have any REAL intell on coming layoffs?

@f4 Seconding this.
They are no longer telling managers anything until the absolute last minute.
@f4 thank you for sharing
The ”Elephants” ELT is not communicating info to management as they once were. They realize many managers aren’t onboard with the ELT’s decisions. The best information on this site came from managers who are as fed up with the company as the frontline associates. The layoffs are kept quiet until senior VPs and directors tell managers who they are laying off the night or day before it happens. Yes, you read that correctly, SVPs and directors are making the decisions. They are based on an assessment managers are required to complete on all the associates that directly report to them. These assessments are 99% subjective. There are standard sections, such as education level and years worked at Anthem. The rest of the assessment is subjective. These evaluations have frequently been used to get rid of associates who really aren’t doing anything against company policy but are labeled as “difficult”. It’s Elephants way of getting around the legal red tape. Don’t believe me, think about some of the associates who were RIFd. They were good workers but they challenged management. They may have filed some HR complaints or had unfounded complaints against them. Layoffs are how they are let go. Ask your manager about the associate assessments that are never shared with the associates. The managers are allowed to discuss these with anyone including leads.
It's still a good site when larger RIFs are scheduled. Right now, it appears that large RIFs may not be on the immediate horizon. Long story short, keep visiting here and stay tuned.
That is because reporting on rifs at EH has become like reporting on a human taking a breath. Rifs are part of EH's survival. Has always happened and will always continue to happen since it is built into the overall business plan. Your job is to plan for losing your job with 30 days or less notice if you work at this company. Since this company has zero transparency about anything since Gail arrived, this site has become our place to share information. This is the first company I have worked for where it is impossible to get correct truthful consistence information from management.
