hard to imagine who would be interested in Citrix legacy technology at this point. Netscaler I can see possible but the VDI / saas of the house not so much.

Citrix should've sold to MSFT when they had the chance like 15yrs ago - when CTX was still relevant and actually competing against VMWare.
