Thanks for the reality check.
Major announcement contract will be time and half after 50 hours of work for starters have to continue and remains competitive remember. This contract will be better than 2015 contract and the 2011 contract. At least we will hopefully get sell out payments I mean ratification bonus payment and a whopper of 4% raise over the next 4 years. But healthcare will eat that 4% up and then some as it will increase year over year. Cameras inside all buildings and a new attendance policy will be in full das effect. Over time will be by favoritism not seniority on the basis on who kisses the right or left buttocks. Well all in all it won’t be a bad contract. All these new people will vote yes it will pass 95% yes vote. Then the new people will get laid off after the contract.
