Yeah, not so much. Turns out no matter how much we cut, HY will find a way to waste the gains. It's not a coincidence.
Scharf told MSNBC on 12/05/23 that layoffs were coming.
The first layoff occurred Tuesday, 01/09/24.
The first big layoff occurred 02/20/24.
March, May, June and July were big in 2024.
March, April and July were big in 2025.

It started when they hired bargain basement Charlie Scharff. Layoffs used to be really rare. Wells Fargo used to be a great company to work for.
It seems these brilliant plans always step from the “New Leader” in HR wanting to put a fingerprint to show they changed something. Also it. Seems that all the HR leaders for major companies go to the same conferences so these plans for the most part can become relatively consistent. It may just depend on how our pay dates work.
It may very well be that thee is savings in doing these in batches at the same time every two weeks
