I’m hearing rumors that band 5 and above is getting notices this week or accepting a special package. Can any Sr Directors or above confirm this?
Band 6 and below will be the 11/20 group. Im hearing those names are being compiled by band 5 and above now, but I’d like to hear confirmation from the band 5s?

Probably the same time. They still need Band 5s and up to nominate folks to cut. Any people manager with less than 10 reports should be let go or demoted.

AVP here - Havent seen a damn thing.
My band 5 Sr Director doesn’t have a clue what anyone actually does so I really hope he isn’t compiling any lists.
I don’t think Verizon will fall apart with the departure of a lot of band 5s…. operationally they contribute very little… and let’s be honest hardly anyone at band 5 has enough leverage to implement any significant strategic moves
