Just curious what’s the average pay for a Merchandising Team Manager or a Sales Team Manager if anyone knows? Like how much are these assistant store managers making when most of them just sit around and do nothing all day!

An MTM is a glorified stock person, let’s be real. Unless you like hard labor, this is not a job you would want.
I can say at the store i work we have had 5 MTM in a two years span. The one that left reasonlly was great and the one now is great and they are workers. They do a great job 💪
MTMs are anywhere from mid-40s to around 60.
ASMs usually 55-70ish, higher in flagship doors and certain markets.
SMs anywhere from 60 to 150+ for doors like SP and Crab.
RVPS 150-250+.
RVP is at $245,000
Store manager gold door is $180,000
