Between unclear directives like the fact that we are being given an activity score but not told what makes up the score and things like we have to be in the office 8 hours but some days there are no seats I feel like all of us are being set up to fail. That way they can go through and remove anyone they want and make up some excuse. No severance because you didn’t meet unclear targets.

If you cannot find a seat, or you do not have the proper equipment and accomodations to do your job from your office, make sure you are sending those instances to your manager. Then, make sure you file it to a custom folder for retention. Not a bad idea to keep a record in a spreadsheet or something, as well.
The more you document and retain the evidence, the better chance of having a legal case down the road.
