Anyone else give a zero rating to TR?

I give them a 0 for accurate budgeting if I am ever asked that question.
yeah I gave a very low score. I can confirm that they laid off high performers and a lot of people with many years of tenure (someone with 30 years of experience for example). Cuts definitely were just related to $$ and not performance.
It is actually imperative that we tell the truth and give the zero. This is such a miserable place to work
I gave a zero and our group just had layoffs
How many people/groups got the ax? I've been out from TR for several years now, but as I understand it the group I worked in basically got an order to reduce headcount by X and the clueless management let go one some really high performers, including of the most brilliant people I've ever worked with. I'm so disappointed with TR management.
Oh no, my team didn't get the survey. Probably we're next
@nbk+1kSD06pr Why would she even have to ask? Isn't it obvious? And why spend money on this?
I don't think anyone in the "affected" groups got the survey either.
Zeros from everyone in the U.S. Positive scores for everyone else.
A particularly tone-deaf time to send out that survey, Mary Alice.
