I give them a 0 for accurate budgeting if I am ever asked that question.

yeah I gave a very low score. I can confirm that they laid off high performers and a lot of people with many years of tenure (someone with 30 years of experience for example). Cuts definitely were just related to $$ and not performance.

How many people/groups got the ax? I've been out from TR for several years now, but as I understand it the group I worked in basically got an order to reduce headcount by X and the clueless management let go one some really high performers, including of the most brilliant people I've ever worked with. I'm so disappointed with TR management.
