The only thing worth anything in the retirement package is you can carry over your sup life insurance. All else seems expensive as cra*. But they do now have an option to get through ACA.

and if you're financially able to retire, you probably don't need life insurance... every other 'retirement' benefit is cr-p. $36,000 to continue health insurance for you and your spouse is insane and a measly 25% discount on VZ service.
