Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

ARE RATINGS FINALIZED

I understand the calibration and stuff.
But are the ratings finalized, or is it going to be finalized end of January , close to bonus day.

@e3 yep, when an OC member goes back and says, I need 10 more IMs, make it happen. Then some poor souls get gutted just because a number needs to be reached.

Theoretically, your reading could be raised or lowered. However, readings only ever get downgraded.

I thought calibration was done-- that doesn't mean reviews are finalized. I thought that was end of Nov/early december (don't remember exactly). Comp might be a different thing though-- things won't get locked in right away. Might be dec or early Jan.

Everything is locked on January 6. Anything can be changed until then.

Take this someone who was a perennial EXCEEDS performer then go a totally unjust IM when toxic leadership came in. Once you get an IM you are toast. I didn't believe it at the time as I still got a nice large cash bonus like always (only whacked 15%) but just 10 months later I was FIRED hard. Get out now people....that place takes your soul. It's not worth it - truly.

Not truly finalized until the week prior to payout when payroll runs. Up until that point it is open to adjustment. I’m not saying it happens a lot or the changes are large, but the option exists and is used for some people.
