There is a mass exodus of all job categories both in stores and at corporate in the state of North Carolina, dozens and dozens of jobs vacant in all areas (from high level corporate to entry level sales associate) all areas in almost all stores in the state of North Carolina.

We hire people but give them no hours and they quit, it’s an endless cycle, I don’t get it.
What the he-l type of CEO would spend $20 million to fly people in every week for 3 days? WTF is going on with this company? That CEO needs to be let go NOW!!!! OMFG.

No one who is flying in every week right now is going to move back. All are interviewing for other jobs.
Belk has dropped well over 20M on flying in remote ppl for 3 days a week, every week, just to have them quit.
