Is it just the year end rating you get? Or something else too?

the first criteria is : if you can form an "o" with you lips and the second criteria is can you bob your head in backward and forward rhythmic motion
Rating was a tool, not a real performance measurement. If you want to survive, in the next round, go try to make friends at Sn Dir and higher levels.

Managers set the ratings but every year JD comes back and “calibrates” your team so he can save his friends and their wives. It’s a system made to enable this behavior. Politics, backstabbing, and sabotaging projects for personal gains.
Wouldn't be so bad. If you could trust management to do a decent review... But they won't because the managers are pathetic and lazy
Some of the folks who got 3 on rating were laid off. So it can't be entirely performance based.
