Don’t “low performers” get fired through pip? Our people laid off in Albany only had a few “low performers” mixed in
@e2 the IBM CEO and most of his executives sleep well at night like Vlad the Impaler who ki-led many of his countrymen and then feasted like a blood thirsty vampire.
Manager asked for names a few weeks ago of low performers. They may be done for now, but they are preparing for the next round. This is all so sad and sickening. I don’t know how any of these executives sleep at night.

It wouldn't make sense to do another RA in 2025. All decisions at IBM are driven by financial engineering. There's not enough time left in quarter/year to get the benefit. But buckle up for late Jan/early Feb.
