Manager asked for names a few weeks ago of low performers. They may be done for now, but they are preparing for the next round. This is all so sad and sickening. I don’t know how any of these executives sleep at night.

It wouldn't make sense to do another RA in 2025. All decisions at IBM are driven by financial engineering. There's not enough time left in quarter/year to get the benefit. But buckle up for late Jan/early Feb.
