I'm at the point where I'd pay for a new job. Or take a major pay cut. Anything just to get out of here.

Don’t quit. I was laid off earlier this year, but when the writing was on the wall last year, I got a new job but waited it out for the severance.

Stop putting in effort and you will get a package. You know the timing so start interviewing next fall and shoot for an offer with a start date mid January.
I feel your pain— I felt the exact same way when I was here a year ago. But with persistence, I finally got an offer elsewhere. Keep interviewing, you will eventually get a new job! All you need is an offer from one!
