I’m hearing rumors about another re-org coming in February or Q1. Anyone else hear the same?

Heard the same from several leaders who are staying after the end of the year. It's been a brutal Q4 for morale, for the first time, I'm actually relieved to be one of those leaving.
Yup. Once Mike moves into co-CEO 1/1 heard everything will change… again.
Who cares if you aren’t going to say which teams? Re-orgs happen all the time.
