@OP Gary W has been set aside, so there will definitely be reorgs in the product org. Not sure if the lists will be changed? I’m assuming all of the employees who were rated “needs improvement”, will be laid off
However, based on what’s going on in the Oracle thread, it sounds like layoffs (after the low performers are done) are performance agnostic after that.
This happened last year. A lot of good people were laid off
