Nobody told me I'd be working 3-hour longer days for the next month vs others of a different religious persuasion. I wonder why?

You make more money than you did back home and have more vacation. And those extra hours aren’t exactly jam packed with work. Quit being a whiny little bi--h.
@ws bet they’ll be travelling for EID - paid for with SAIP money. Rest assured these knobs will still complain…..
Will you making another post after Ramadan complaining you didn't get a month's bonus because you're the "wrong" religion? Or will you be enjoying the Eid holiday?
You do realise Ramadan is the easiest time of year for expats. Super easy to arrive/leave early. Either you don't know how the system works or you're a whinger. If the latter you're going to hate working there.
