Nothing I have seen in my time at Dow backs this statement up. With the scheduling roles being outsourced, who in their right mind would apply for this.

The toxicity that once did not exist at Dow has been around for a few years because toxic employees are encouraged through no repercussions or consequences to continue to lie about and basically ruin people that are honest and not in a political group . Sometimes it’s so bad in offices I’ve seen that there’s no point in speaking up for your self because it goes nowhere . Terrible dirty rotten employees need to go and we need a reset with honesty and respect . These people lie and take credit for others ideas all day long . It’s crazy . Never seen anything like this until the last two -3 years ..
