To stop people like MW from laying all the White Collar jobs, we need to unite. Its time for a White Collar Union. He has a hunger that won't be satisfied to layoff. We have to make it harder on him!

Well the current system isn't advantageous to anyone other than the chosen few. I'd take an imperfect system that raises most people even if some aren't totally deserving over one that frustrates everyone.
@OP have you ever actually been in a union? Where the rockstars and the dumpster fires all get the same pay and bonus. Take the field personnel for example, they all get the same hourly rate for their job title and they all get a flat 8% bonus. Performance doesn’t matter. It’s only advantageous for the dumpster fires.

White collar workers would prefer to eat someone else's lunch ("get ahead") rather than be on standardised rates of pay with no possibility of advancement. Oh, wait... 😂
