I'm barely present. I've run out of caring. We've bled talent, and management spins it as a win. Following that logic, the company will peak the moment the last person walks out. Beyond that, nothing adds up. So many things could be done better and smarter. But no one's interested. So why the he-l should I be?

Run man until is not too late…
This company is pathetic and so is the leadership. The middle management don't care and are helpless leaving you nowhere to go because they are being shut down by the executive leaders every step of the way, or they are too cowardly to come together and hold their leadership accountable. Frankly no one cares and is just doing whatever every day. The product teams are non existent and can't even organize affectively while a conglomeration of garbage from all over is thrown at the tech teams with limited resources expected to hodge podge a bunch of stuff together that isn't compatible and requires a lot more resources and know how than available. Middle management should be held just as accountable at this point because they just let it happen, as they always do, and now they can't scapegoat under them because of having no resources left. Let it all burn.
