This place is a joke !!
Everyone is overworked, stressed and unorganized. Lacks resources, priorty and focus. No respect for peoples time, personal life. Most of them expected to work 24x7 with high stress and stake on hand. A bunch of unorganized ppl running the show with the cost as the main decision factor. Life is so much easy and relaxed post separation, started enjoying work again without compromising personal life though the comp is little less.

Yes, there were some people who were fired… all CR Consulting Services Team for example.
