Thread regarding Truist Bank layoffs

Sad to read all this. I’ve noticed the “Suntrust vs BBT” chatter has gone and now a uniform disdain for new “leaders” from other banks destroying what was supposed to be a great franchise.

LOL, the person that went through and left the one dislike on certain posts knows it's all true.

@cy In my experience it’s the SrVP and up coaching to things like this lately, don’t know about TAS, but retail at least. There’s a lot of AVP/VP who simply want to have a home to live in and eat food so they fall in line to coach it too as they post out. I’m not saying it’s right to get in line but that’s what’s going on out there, everyone is on eggshells for fear of losing their jobs. It appears to stem from SrVP, but they allege it’s from above and you can complain if you wish to see what happens because they are friendly with the EVPs they say. If you’re not about it, you become a target.

@ct Most of them are VPs and up. Some AVPs that were made under questionable circumstances but the paper trail is there. It would be fun to use HR's own records against them.

This site will just remove the post as well. There has to be some hungry stockholders and lawyers out there. That's who could do something about it.

@ck please do. And we can see the HR reps and brown nosing managers do nothing because they condone this behavior and pretend to care.

@cd TAS was notified of this is 2021 and did nothing. Not a single question asked. I don't want to name names but I can.

@be Exactly. During my time here, they have gotten rid of and tried to ruin anyone that is actually Christ-like. No exaggeration, anyone that naturally embodies the values and behaviors that are stated is removed. It is a very Narcissistic, Sociopathic Cult around here. They know this to, they may never say it aloud but there are a few individuals they fear and rightfully should. These few that are no longer here could flip the tables and crack the temple in half if they so desired.
