Close to thirty years, this was what gave me my sanity back! Tired of lazy people that don’t do their job , or not having people at all, not to mention 12 to 15 hour days because of that. Upper management is so disconnected they don’t even know how to do their job it’s pass the buck or I don’t know or just a lack of critical information, when this came about, I did not think twice. Because if you think it’s going to change, I don’t see how that’s possible. When I started with this company It was actually a great place to work, they lost their way and they can’t find themselves still!

@xj Conference call for what? To listen to them brag about all the money THEY are making. To listen to how great everything is? To listen to their pathetic favoritism, nepotism promotions? Nauseating to be in this CULTure.

Been here 20. The last 3 have been miserable. I'm embarrassed to work here now. Used to be a great job.
It sickens me how this company went downhill yes I got out almost a decade ago, but I hang on talking to some people that still work for the company that are getting ready to retire. They’re working 6070 hours a week no help yeah everyone just needs to get out.
And even more sad that management doesn’t care.

Not too long ago, it was a great job!! we had strong relationships with our customers. Now no one takes Nabisco seriously and we’ve kind of become the joke of DSD. I kind of just hang my head and walk into the stores these days, hoping my merchandisers even showed up. It’s a shame. A great company has fallen so far.
